棕黑锦蛇(E.schrenchii)消化道嗜银细胞的分布及形态学观察

本文应用Grimelius法观察了棕黑锦蛇消化道的嗜银细胞，结果显示：嗜银细胞见于消化道全长，其分布曲线大体呈倒“V”字型，其中食管分布密度最低，幽门分布密度最高，以后各部分布密度依次降低，嗜银细胞分布于粘膜上皮之间或腺泡上皮之间，也有少量位于固有膜内和上皮细胞基部，嗜银细胞形态多样呈圆形、椭圆形、锥体形、梭形等，其中锥体形嗜银细胞突起伸向肠腔或固有膜，梭形嗜银细胞两端都有突起，分别伸向肠腔和固有膜，通过形态学观察认为嗜银细胞兼有内分泌、外分泌、旁分泌三种作用途径。

DISTRBUTION AND MORPHOLOGICAL OBSERVATION OF ARGYROPHIL CELLS IN DIGESTIVE TRACT OF E. SCHRENCHII

The argyrophil cells in the digestive tract of E.schrenchii were studied with the silver nitrate method of Grimelius(Grimelius 1986).The argyrophil cells could be found throughout the digestive tract ,from esophagus to rectum.The distributive density of argyrophil cells was the minimum in esophagus and was the maximum in pars pylorica. The argyrophil cells were seen between opithelial cells of mucosa ,between epithelial cells glands of gut,a few in lamina propria and at the basal region of epithelial cells.The shape of argyrophil cells was diverse,there were round,ellipse,shuttle,tapering and so on.Tapering cells always had one long processus extending to either the gut lumen or lamina propria; shuttle cells had two long processus ,one extending to the gut lumen,the other extending to the lamina propria. The evidence collected in this study indicated that argyrophil cells might have endocrine,exocrine,paracrine functions.
