东北龙胆从心形胚至种子萌发时胚的发育特点观察

摘    要:观察发现东北龙胆(Gentiana manshurica Kitag)心形胚后发育细胞多为横分裂;根端、芽端都发育迟缓,胚根突破种皮主要依靠下胚轴细胞伸长,突破种皮后胚根细胞仍然为胚性细胞,细胞暂不分裂.在胚根和下胚轴之间形成下胚轴毛.不同种子的子叶和胚轴相对发育速度不同.心形胚后发育特点介于部分水生植物和典型陆生植物之间而更类似水生植物.

Abstract:Almost all the division after heart-shape embryo is transverse division in Gentiana manshurica. The elongation of hypocotylar cells is the main factor that make radicle break through seed coat, and radicular cell is embryonic still after that. It is hypoevolutismus in root apex and shoot apex at the same time. Hypocotyl hair format between randicle and hypocotyl. The seed in same fruit is in different developmental stage, and even, some of them have different developmental rhythm. The characteristic of development after heart-shape embryo is analogic between G. manshurica and both water plant and land plant.
