| 摘 要： | 本文以对硝基笨磷酸胆碱为底物,以pH=7.4的N—2—羟乙基哌嗪—N—2—乙磺酸作为缓冲溶液,用此种改进的方法对国内外学者尚未研究清楚的某些金属离子存在对磷脂酶C活性影响进行测定。实验结果表明,Cr~(8+)在一定浓度范围内可抑制磷脂酶C活性;As~(3+)、Se~(4+)可抑制磷脂酶C活性,且随溶液中离子浓度增大抑制作用增强。本文就这一部分研究结果作一报导。

| Abstract: | Used para-nitrobenzene phosphocholine as a substrate, and N-2-hydroxy-ethylpiperazine-N-2-sulfonio acid (pH=7.4) as buffer solution, activity of phospholipase C has been measured. The effect of some metal ions on the activity of phospholipase C has been investigased by means of the improved method. The results show that ions Cr~(3+), As~(3+) and Se~(4+) can inhibit the activity of phospholipase C. |
