酵母菌存活期限的检测

Abstract:Viability of 132 strains of yeast preserved by three method were tested,these yeasts belong to 11 genua and 22 species.Results show that after 23 years in liquid paraffin,1.5 years on periodic transfeis medium and 17 years preserved by lyophilization the viable percentage of srains are 61.5%,86% and 65%.The charactor of strains also affected the their viablility.
