甲烷二氧化碳转化制合成气稀土助剂抗积炭性能的研究

摘    要:利用脉冲微型反应色谱装置研究了Ni-2,Ni-2-Ce,Ni-2-Ce-Mg催化剂CH4脱氢和CO2消炭反应,结果表明:CeO2能够抑制甲烷脱氢积炭反应,增加催化剂表面炭的活性,同时提高CO2的消炭能力.XRD研究表明,加入CeO2和MgO助剂后,能够提高Ni的分散度,从而使Ni-2-Ce-Mg具有高活性、选择性而且具有很高的抗积炭性能和稳定性.

Abstract:The reaction of methane dehydrogenation carbon dioxide elimination was studied by using a fixed-bed pulse reactor chromatography.The results showed that CeO 2 could inhibit carbon deposition of methane dehydrognation,enhance the activity on the surface of catalyst and increase the ability of carbon dioxide elimination. The studies of XRD showed that existence of CeO 2 and MgO could improve dispersing degree of Ni,thus making Ni-2-Ce-Mg having not only high activity and selectivity,but also high stability and good resistance to carbon deposition for reforming methane with carbon dioxide.
