杭州市西湖区转塘镇生态园区建设研究

本文对杭州市西湖区转塘镇的区域环境进行了科学的评价，建立了适合转塘镇生态园区建设的理论依据，即区位理论与生态学原理．通过对转塘镇的现状调查与研究，本文提出转塘镇生态园区建设应以生态中心主义思想贯穿始终，以全新建设的高尚的休闲度假区与富人区为主线，以生态小城镇的设计理念走新城市主义道路，以生态教育思想建设生态教育园区(望江山的白鹭园与石龙山的水泥厂博物馆)，从而真正实现转塘镇生态园区的规划目标(生态转塘、富裕转塘、体闲转塘、教育转塘)．

STUDY ON THE ECOLOGICAL ZONE CONSTRUCTION OF ZHUANTANG TOWN, WESTLAKE DISTRICT, HANGZHOU CITY

At the beginning of the paper, the author gave a scientific evaluation on the local environment of Zhuantang Town of Westlake District , and established the theoretical base of how to build the Ecological Zone of Zhuantang Town, namely, location theories and ecology principles. Through the investigation and research on the present situation of Zhuantang Town, some conclusions were put forward .The author pointed out that the Ecological Zone construction should penetrate the idea of Ecological -Center -Doctrine, take building the lofty relaxed garden and rich zone as mainline, run a way of neo-urbanism with the idea of designing the small ecological town, and build the ecological and educational zone (the Bailu garden of Wangjiang mountain and the cement plant Museum of Shilong mountain)with the idea of ecology and education. In this way , we can realize the future plan of Ecological Zone Construction of Zhuantang Town (Ecological Zhuantang , Rich Zhuantang ,Relaxed Zhuantang , Educational Zhuantang)
