镧对铒镱共掺碲钨酸盐玻璃的光谱性质和热稳定性的影响

摘    要:制备了铒镱共掺玻璃样品TeO2-WO3-La2O3研究了铒镱共掺碲钨镧酸盐光谱性质和热稳定性.测试了样品的吸收光谱、荧光光谱、玻璃的热稳定性以及荧光寿命.应用J—O理论计算了玻璃的三个强度参数Ωt(t=2,4,6),主要分析了强度参数Ω2和玻璃成分的变化关系.测得了Er^3+在1.5um发射谱的荧光半高宽和Er^3+的^4I13/2能级寿命,应用McCumber理论计算了Er^3+在1.5um处的受激发射截面.玻璃样品均没出现析晶开始温度(t),研究结果表明TeO2-WO3-La2O3是制备宽带光纤放大器的理想基质材料.

Abstract:Er^3+/Yb^3+ co- doped TeO2 -WO3 -La2O3 glasses were prepared . Effects of La203 on optical properties and thermal stability of Er^3+/Yb^3+ co - doped tungsten - tellurite glass. The thermal stability and spectral properties, such as absorption spectra, emission spectra and lifetimes of the ^4I13/2 level of Er^3+ were investigated. Three intensity parameters Ωt (t = 2,4,6) were calculated by Judd - Ofelt theory. The relationship of Ω2 and glass composition was analyzed . The full width at half maximum of the ^4I13/2→^4I15/2, emission and life- of ^4I13/2→^4I15/2, transition of Er^3+ times of ^4I13/2 level of Er^3+ ions were measured. The emission cross - section 4 4 ions was calculated by McCumber theory . All the glass samples show no onset temperature of crystallization (Tx) . The results show that TeO2 - WO3 - La2 O3, glass will be the promising host material for 1 . 5um broadband amplification.
