摘    要:设计了一款非制冷红外成像组件,实现了红外成像功能.介绍了这种非制冷红外成像组件的硬件设计.对于这种红外微弱信号的采集,在模拟电路采取了多种降噪的措施.在软件上,实时实现了红外图像的非均匀校正;并根据红外成像的特点,设计了一种基于红外成像温度窗特性的图像增强方法,适合硬件实现.该组件通过通讯接口可改变组件工作状态.最后,给出了这种红外成像组件的测试方法及结果,证明组件成像效果很好,满足设计要求.

Abstract:Designed uncooled infrared imaging components, to achieve infrared imaging. First, in- troducing the hardware design of uncooled infrared imaging components. For such a weak infrared signal acquisition, reducing noise is key for the analog circuits. Flexible design is its advantages. In software, real-time achieving the nonuniformity correction of infrared image. And according to the characteristics of infrared imaging, designing image enhancement method based on "the temperature window", which is suitable for hardware implementation. The components through the communication interface can change working conditions. Finally, providing of test method and test indicators of infrared imaging compo- nents, and proving infrared imaging very good to meet the design requirements.
