摘    要:将模式识别和线性规划相结合,对F-53调聚剂合成反应的物料配比、工艺参数进行优化:以多维空间图形处理技术得出的判别方程作目标函数,可以确定各参数的优化方向和最佳组合.调优后调聚剂的得率由43%提高到57.6%,且该方法对降低原料单耗、产品成本都具有很大潜力.

Abstract:The technological condition of the reaction process and the proportion of raw materials of F-53 telomer (IC2F4OC2F4SO4F) were optimized by computerized pattern recognition and linear programming. The target function based on the discriminant introduced from the transformation of multi-dimensional pattern space can determine the optimizational direction and best combination of all factors. Using the optimization method the yield rate increases from 43% to 57.6%. The method has great potentialities for the decrement of the expense of raw materials and that of production cost.
