摘    要:该文探讨了机械零件几何形状误差测量中的采样问题,提出了一种新的采样方法——自适应采样方法。它不同于目前普遍采用的不能适应被测轮廓形貌特性变化的等间隔采样,而是一种可根据被测工件本身的轮廓特征来确定采样间距的自适应采样方法。它不仅可以在一定意义下准确地采得轮廓特征点,而且能够自动地对测得信息进行职舍、保留并精确得到有用信息。对于自动测量和在线检测,可以大大提高测量的效率、可靠性和计算机运算速度以及评定的精度。该文对于这种自适应采样技术的原理及其在形状误差测量中的应用进行了研究,并给出了此方法在圆度在线测量中的实例。

Abstract:A new sampling method called the adaptive sampling method for the measu-rement of geometric forms has been developed and conducted in this paper, Unlikethe method generally used at present which accepts a fixed sampling intervaldetermined premeditatedly, the new one determines an optimum sampling inter- val automatically according to the features of the measured profile in-process. Bymeans of it ,not only can any special or extreme point on a profile be sampled ifneed be, but also measured information can be selected by holding the useful dataand deleting the useless data according the profile features and assessment criteria, The principle and applications of this new method are investigated. Andpractical experiments as well as simulant examples on the roundness measurementof a shaft in turning process are introduced in this paper, Our research and pra-ctical experiments show that the efficiency accuracy and reliability of measure-ment for geometric forms can be improved greatly by accepting the new adaptivesampling method, especially in manufacturing automation and in-process measu-rement.
