| 摘 要： | 通过分析设计活动之间的关系，建立设计开发活动的矩阵表示(设计结构矩阵)，给出了设计结构矩阵的具体实现方法；实现耦合活动集的代数方法识别，在此基础上实现设计开发活动优化重组，包括活动分解和耦合活动集的解耦方法；最后．通过一个实例说明该建模方法的实用性．

| Abstract: | By analyzing the relations between two designing activities, a matrix representation for a product design process is described in this paper. A method for constructing a design structure matrix based activity is presented; an algebra-analyzing method is proposed for identifying the sets of coupling activities; algorithms for activity-decomposing and activity-tearing are presented, and re-engineering for a design process is proposed; finally, a case, the crane telescopic boom design process modeled with design structure matrix, is presented. |
