旋风分离器捕集效率的无量纲表示

摘    要:通过对旋风分离器内粉尘粒子的运动和捕集特性的分析,讨论了无量纲准则数Reynolds数和Stokes数与粒子分离过程的关系,并在对经典文献给出的实验数据进行回归分析的基础上,得到了一个由影响除尘器捕集效率的主要无量纲数表示的旋风器分级效率半经验计算式.

Abstract:The effect of Reynolds number and Stokes number on particle motion and separation is discussed by analyzing the hydrodynamic behaviors of aerosol particles in reverse flow cyclones. Experimental data in the classical literatures are used as the basis of the regression analysis, and a new semi-empirical expression, which contains the two dimensionless parameters, is presented for calculating the grade efficiency of the cyclones.
