纺锤形α—Fe2O3微粒的合成研究

摘    要:研究了使用NaH_2PO_4作生长助剂,利用Fe(NO_3)_3水溶液强力水解制备纺锤形α-Fe_2O_3微粒的较适宜条件.发现在沸腾回流的动态环境下,可以实现较高Fe(NO_3)_3浓度和较短水解时间内完成纺锤形α-Fe_2O_3粒子的合成.这对实现无极磁粉新的合成方法和均匀胶体粒子制备具有重要意义.

Abstract:This paper studied the effective factors for the preparation of spindle-type hematite particles by forced hydrolysis of ferric nitrate at elevated temperatures. A small quantity of phosphate ions were added into such a system before ageing. It was found that spindle-type hematite particles could be obtained in high ferrio nitrate concentration within a shorter preparation time, which is advantageous for the realization of the production of NP magnetic particles by a new preparation way.
