| 摘 要： | 利用聚丙烯酸胺凝胶电泳分析胡卢巴苗期不同生长时期酯酶同工酶的变化，按其生长顺序在苗期进行6次取样，每次取全株和叶两组，分析得到清晰的酶谱带．结果表明：在苗期早期胡卢巴酯酸同工酶谱丰富且酶含量高，在同一时期不同部位和不同时期同一部位酯酶同工酶谱均有差异，从而为胡卢巴杂交育种的研究提供了理论依据．

| Abstract: | This study analyzed the esterase isozyme changes of Trgonella foenum graecumL in aifferent seedling Peried with Polyacrylamide gelelectrophoresis. According to theirgrowing sequence, the samples were took 6 times in seedling Period. Whole plants and leaveswere taken in each time, respectively. The clear zymograrns were obtained by analysis. Theresults indicted that the esterase isozyme contents of Trigonella foenum peum L werehigher, and the zymogratns were rich in the early seedling Period. The esterase isozyme zy-mograms had differences in different parts of the same Peried and in the same part of dif-ferent Periods. |
