摘    要:选择单个模式(TM模),用FDTD方法计算了二维正方晶格各向异性碲圆柱光子晶体的单点缺陷模与多点缺陷模,获得完全禁带中缺陷模频率与点缺陷半径、多点缺陷模半径之间的变化关系,并从理论上给予了解释.

Abstract:A finite difference in time domain(FDTD)method is employed to calculate single defect modes and multiple defect modes for E-polarization in a two-dimensional photonic crystal consisting of anisotropic cylinders of tellurium.It is shown that the defect modes resonant frequency inside the complete band gap varies as the radius changes,which can be explained qualitatively in theory.
