| 摘 要： | 高校毕业生就业竞争日趋激烈,如何有针对性地培养学生,使更多的毕业生获得职业位置是需要认真考虑的急切问题,同时也是关系着学校长久发展的主要问题.通过认真探索,研究总结出一些切实可行的办法,打造自身就业的优势,增加就业率.

| Abstract: | The employability of undergraduates became intensified.It was an imperative problem that how targeted training,made more undergraduates obtain their positions in society.Meanwhile it expressed response to students.This problem has close relation to the development of university.From exploring seriously,summarized some practicable methods,so that the students can create advantages in employment for oneself and enhance employment rate. |
