| 摘 要： | 研究了一种选择性高、准确度和精密度均好的示波极谱法测定痕量亚硝酸根的新体系 此法基于甲基紫与亚硝酸根间发生反应生成的新物质在示波极谱上有新的波峰产生 - 0 75(vs.SCE)处的波高与亚硝酸根的浓度成线性关系 ,检测限为 2 .0× 1 0 - 7g/mL ,用于污水分析 ,结果令人满意

| Abstract: | A higher sensitivity mothod of oscilloscope polarographic method has been developed for determination of trace amounts of NO- 2 based on the reaction of Methyl Violet and NO- 2.The results demonstrate that the analytical signal which occurs at -0.75 V(vs.SCE)gave a linear interrelation in response to the concentration range of NO- 2The detection limit of the proposed method is 20×10 -7g/mL.This method is used successfully to analysis polluted water. |
