| Abstract: | In this paper, a staining method without dewaxing for the wax section of animal tissue is studied with the viscra of Myospalax psilurus as the material and with hematoxylin-eosin as the stain. It is found after the study that with this method it is easy to prepare sections and to stain them, and that the observation effect under the microscope is good. |
