桔梗多糖提取方法的比较

摘    要:比较桔梗多糖的三种提取方法,确定最优条件,为其深入开发利用提供实验依据.通过单因素和正交实验,分别采用热水浸提法、超声波提取法和微波提取法进行提取,用蒽酮-硫酸法测定多糖质量分数,以多糖提取率为衡量指标,比较三种方法的优劣.超声波提取法、微波提取法和水提取法的提取率分别为34.16%,31.30%和25.57%.超声波提取法和微波提取法优于传统的水提取方法,其中超声波提取法提取率最高,为34.16%,微波提取法提取时间最短,为4 min.

Abstract:To determine the optimum extraction conditions by comparing three methods of extracting polysaccharide from Platycodon grandiflorum, which can provide basis for the further development and utilization of Platycodon grandiflorum. Taking the extraction rate of polysaccharides as the index to compare the advantages and disadvantages of three methods, that is, hot water extraction, microwave extraction and ultrasonic extraction by orthogonal experiment and single factor lest. The extraction rates of ultrasonic extraction, microwave extraction and hot water extraction are respectively 34.16%, 31.30% and 25.57%. The ultrasonic extraction and microwave extraction are better than the traditional hot water extraction. The three methods, the ultrasonic extraction has the highest extraction rate, 34.16% and the microwave extraction takes the shortest time, 4 minutes.
