The water resource conditions and sustainable utilization measures of the Yellow River

The author mainly discusses from climate, vegetation and soil etc physical geography conditions in the study area the water resource of Yellow River have some cause of formation such as much sand but little water, different source of water and sand, disequilibrium of water space-time distribution and long dry season. All of this lead to a contradiction between water supply and water use in the Yellow River basin. And of the sustainable utilization and exploitation of water resources of Yellow River many measures were proposed such developing simultaneously with the constructions of ecological environment.
