| 摘 要： | 利用小型气液平衡釜 ,实验测得的乙醇—正丙醇二元物系在不同浓度下的气液平衡数据 ,并用分段函数插值法求得乙醇—正丙醇二元物系的相平衡关系 ;针对间歇蒸馏的不同的操作方式建立数学模型并编写了通用的计算机程序 ;用间歇精馏分离乙醇—正丙醇来验证算法的准确性和实用性

| Abstract: | By using the small-typed gas-liquid equation kettle, the experimenter obtained the gas-liquid balance data of binary mixture of ethanol and normal propyl alcohol in different density and gained their equation relationship by way of subsection function method of interpolation;the mathematical model was set up according to different operative methods of batch rectification and the general computer program was designed with it.The accuracy and practicability of the calculating method was validated by separating ethanol and normal propyl alcohol with batch rectification. |
