| 摘 要： | 采用葡聚糖凝胶G - 75层析色谱、SPSepharoseFF离子交换色谱和制备型疏水作用色谱Oc tylSepharoseFF研究了IGF -Ⅰ ,IGF -Ⅱ和TGF - β的分离纯化 ,并且用高效液相色谱法对IGF -Ⅰ ,IGF -Ⅱ和TGF - β的含量进行了测定 .

| Abstract: | The study about the isolation and purification of IGF-Ⅰ,IGF-Ⅱand TGF-β from bovine colostrums were carried out by poly glucose gel chromatography,DEAE Sepharose F F Ion exchange chromatography,Octyl Sepharose F F and.Sephacryl S-100HR Gel filtration chromatography.The content of IGF-Ⅰ,IGF-Ⅱ and TGF-β were determinated by affinity chromatography and HPLC. |
