摘    要:以邻二甲苯为原料,经芳环取代、甲基的自由基溴化、环合三步反应,合成了6-溴-2,3-二腈基萘.通过研究催化剂用量、反应时间、搅拌时间、光照时间对产率的影响,提出了较佳反应条件,使产率提高了7.3%,反应易于控制,分离步骤简单,成本降低。

Abstract:6-Bromo-2, 3-Dicyanonaphthalene was synthesized from o-xylene by three steps:electrophilic aromatic substitution, free radical halogenation and electrocyclic reaction. The better synthetic conditions were obtained by changing reaction conditions, such as the quantity of catalyst, the reaction time and the irradiation time. Owing to adopting new reaction conditions, the yield was increased 7.3%; the reaction was easily controlled; the separation process was simplified and the cost was decreased.
