摘    要:利用溶胶-凝胶法合成钡钛镧前驱体,经干燥、焙烧等工艺制备了一系列镧掺杂钛酸钡纳米多晶粉体,并通过XRD确定原始晶粒尺寸。利用非线性映照以原始晶粒尺寸作为目标值对样本进行分类,并在分类图上进行逆映照,以对工艺参数进行设计。按设计结果进行验证实验,制备出了预期结果的镧掺杂钛酸钡纳米多晶材料。

Abstract:The La-Ba-Ti-sol was synthesized by sol-gel technology. In order to prepare La3+ -doped BaTiO3 nanosize polycrystals powders, drying and calcining were carried out. The primary crystalline size was determined by XRD-spread method. The samples were divided into three classes by nonlinear mapping according to crystalline size, which was regarded as target value. Processing parameters were designed by means of the nonlinear inverse mapping and La3+-doped BaTiO3 polycrystals with expected size were prepared successfully.
