纳豆菌(Bacillus subtilis)提取物提高NK细胞活性

研究了从纳豆菌(Bacillussubtilis)中筛选得到的AK株的代谢产物经口服后对NK细胞活性的影响。其结果为:白鼠服用群的50%NK细胞活性增强;用于人群试验的合成品AKH通过人群7天服用后,被试者中末梢血中NK细胞活性增强者数量增加。纳豆菌提取物可作为保健食品。

Enhancement of natural killer cell activity by supplementation of extract of metabolic products of Bacillus subtilis AK

Natural killer(NK) cell specifically lyse cancer cells or infected cells and play important roles in immune surveillance against tumor and infection.Probiotics, live bacteria and their metabolic products beneficial to humans,are reported to modulate NK Cell activity and result in the prevention of tumor development. In this study, we examined the effect of metabolic products of strain Bacillus subtilis AK, selective strain from Bacillus subtilis natto (AK) on NK cell activity. In peripheral blood mononuclear cells was enhanced in 50% of the rats orally inoculated with AK. In the experiments using AK-containing product, AKH, increasing frequency of NK cell activation was observed in volunteers as does depending manner. These results suggested that supplemental intake of AK enhanced NK cell activity and indicated the possible utility of AK as complementary and alternative medicine, although susceptibility is individually various.
