摘    要:利用碳纳米管通过原位聚合合成碳纳米管/聚氨酯复合材料,对聚氨酯材料进行改性.利用傅立叶变换红外光谱分析仪、X射线光电子能谱元素分析仪和电子扫描显微镜研究了酸化前后的碳纳米管性能及结构的变化,微机控制电子万能试验机对碳纳米管改性聚氨酯材料力学性能方面进行了研究,对比了未酸化和酸化后的碳纳米管对改善聚氨酯材料力学性能的不同影响.结果表明:碳纳米管可以增强聚氨酯材料的力学性能,经过酸处理的碳纳米管增强效果更为明显.

Abstract:Carbon nanotubes/polyurethane composites was synthesized by in situ polymerization to modify polyurethane materials.A number of analytical techniques,including Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR)measurement,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)analysis,Scanning electron microscopy(SEM)observation were employed to assess the influence of acid treatment on carbon nanotubes,and mechanical properties of composites of carbon nanotubes and polyurethane were charactered by mechanical analysis,and the influence of acid treated carbon nanotubes on modifying polyurethane materials was compared to raw carbon nanotubes.It indicated that carbon nanotubes could improve the mechanical properties of polyurethane,and the improvement was more significant by acid treated carbon nanotubes.
