| 摘 要： | 如何在激烈的市场竞争中赢得胜利,协调运作供应链,以达到整个供应链价值增值的同时,以低成本和高效率占领市场是一个十分重要的问题.综合运用大系统控制的理论方法,从供应链运作的实际出发,研究探讨提出供应链协调运作的大系统多段控制的新思路,并给出了服装供应链运作的案例分析.

| Abstract: | In order to add the whole supply chain value and occupy the market with low cost and high efficiency in the dog-eat-dog market,it is a key problem how to be a success and operate the supply chain harmoniously.By using synthetically the theories of large system control and beginning with the fact of supply chain operation,a new idea of large system's multi-channel control of supply chain harmonious operation is studied and discussed.In addition the case analysis of the rag trade supply chain operation is presented. |
