| 摘 要： | 针对车削加工过程控制的复杂性,将模糊控制技术应用于车削加工过程.建立车削加工过程的模糊自适应控制系统,以恒切削力为控制指标,设计了车削加工过程模糊控制器.在MatLab软件平台上对控制系统进行仿真,取得了很好的控制效果,为实现加工过程的恒力切削提供了一种有效的方法.

| Abstract: | Aim at the complexity of cutting process,the fuzzy control is used in the turning process.A fuzzy self-adaptable control system is established.By setting the constant cutting force as the control objective,a fuzzy controller for the turning process is designed.The control system is simulated by using MatLab and the feasibility of the system is proved.Therefore an effective way for the cutting process with constant cutting force is achieved. |
