| 摘 要： | 沙溪口表孔弧门是我国第一个采用斜拉式双缸液压启闭机操作的水电站。多年运行发现:启闭机不能按规定在任意位置持住,活塞杆弯曲拉毛严重,同步性能差,活塞密封圈老化快,寿命短等。文章分析了产生这些问题的原因。

| Abstract: | Shaxikou Spillway Segment Gate is the first hydraulic Power Station controlled by skew axis double drum hydraulic hoist in our country. The hydraulic Power Station having been running for years, following problems have occured: hydraulic hoist can't stay at any position as preset; cylinder rod has bent and has been scratched seriously; synchronism performance is poor; seal ring of cylinder rod ages a little too fast; lifespan of seal ring is short and so forth. The article analyses various kinds of causes arising from the operation of Shaxikou Spillway Segment Gate. |
