| 摘 要： | 分析了染色工艺过程的PID控制算法，提出一种分段改进PID参数的控制方法，以单片机为核心构成控制系统，在允许的温度误差范围内，实现了染色工艺给定升温过程的智能控制，具有工艺参数入方便，控制效果好的特点。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the PID control over the dyeing process.A step wise control method of improving PID parameters is also stated.Within the temperature allowance,the control system based on MCU with advantages of convenience of parameters input and execllent control effect can realize the intelligent control over the temperature rising process. |
