闪光对焊焊接传热过程的数值模拟

摘    要:探讨钢棒在闪光对焊时的温度场分布。针对钢棒在闪光对焊时的特点,将钢棒简化为二维轴对称模型,利用ANSYS有限元分析技术对钢棒在闪光对焊焊接过程中的温度分布进行数值模拟。模拟时综合考虑了热源加载、相变潜热和随温度变化的热物性参数对温度场的影响,得到的模拟结果与实测值基本吻合,证明了所建模型的正确性。

Abstract:The temperature field of steel stick in flash butt welding was discussed.A simplified 2D axial symmetry model was founded against the features of steel stick in flash butt welding.The temperature field was simulated utilizing ANSYS software.In the simulation process,heat loads,crystalline latent heat and temperature-dependent materials properties were all considered and the simulated results are basically in agreement with the measured values.Those proved the exactitude of the model.
