高效可调中频臭氧发生器的研究

摘    要:介绍了高效可调中频臭氧发生器的设计方法与结构特点,并分析其工作特性,臭氧发生管以空气为气源,采用可调中频逆变电路,双路冷却有机高分子介电体,试验结果表明,当双臭氧发生管并联运行,工作频率800Hz工作电压10.5kV时,臭氧发生器的臭氧产量可达81.4g/h,臭氧浓度23.5g/m^3。

Abstract:This paper deals with the design method and structure features of the high efficiency and adjustable intermediate frequency ozone generator with air as feed gas,which mainly consists of the adjustable intermediate frequency DC to AC converter and the macromolecular organic dielectric tubular ozone cell with two way cooling system.The performance characteristics are shown and analyzed by means of experiment,which shows that the ozone output and concentration are 81.4g/h and 23.5g/m 3 respectively under the conditions of the multiple operation of two tubular ozone cell and operation frequency of 800Hz and voltage of 10.5kV.
