产生窄微波脉冲微带光导开关的频率特性

摘    要:本文从理论上分析了高效率Blumlein型微带光导开关的频率特性及影响输出电脉冲频带宽度的因素,指出这种光导开关能产生大于20GHz频带宽度的电脉冲,电压转换效率达到了100%,实验结果得到了93%的电压转换效率和>20GHz的宽频带电脉冲,与理论分析结果非常吻合.

Abstract:The frequency properties of high efficiency Blumlein microstrip photoconductive switch (ps) and the parameters that affect the frequency band width of the output electrical pulse are discussed in theory. The results demonstrate that the PS has 100% voltage transmitting efficiency, and can generate electrical pulses with >20GHz frequency band width. The voltage transmitting efficiency of 93% and > 20GHz broad band electrical pulses are obtained in experiment. It is the same as the results of theory.
