| Abstract: | The paper describes the remote teaching system of metwork video conference in VC++. The system implements the real time audio- video transmission of point to point single scheme and 8 + 1 route multi scheme,using advanced techniques suth as stream media,MPEG-4 etc.. It shows implementation of coding / decoding,transportation of system bottom layer and details of program structure. |
