尼龙6/纳米SiO2复合材料力学性能研究

摘    要:通过原位聚合合成法制备了综合性能很好的尼龙6/纳米SiO2复合材料。与自制纯尼龙6相比,当纳米SiO2的含量在3.6%时力学综合性能最优,拉伸强度提高了18%;断裂伸长率提高了35%;U型缺口冲击强度提高了13%;弹性模量提高了19%。随着纳米SiO2含量的增加,各种力学性能都呈现出先增加后减小的趋势,同时对这些趋势进行了讨论,并分析了该复合材料的成型收缩率。

Abstract:A nylon 6/SiO 2 nano-composite was obtained through a novel method,in situ polymerization. The inorganic particals were very small and well dispersed in the nano-compositions. Result showed that mechanical properties were the highest when nano-SiO 2 was 3.6%. Compared to pure Nylon 6, the Utype notch impact strength,elastic modulus, tensile strength, elongation of nylon 6/SiO 2 nano composite increased by 13%,19%,18%,and 35% respectively. The increase of shrinkage may be caused by the nano- SiO 2 that make the crystal of nano-compositions smaller than that of nylon 6.
