改性聚丙烯材料裂纹扩展速度的研究

摘    要:对改性聚丙烯材料的双悬臂梁试样进行了非线性粘弹性的裂纹扩展实验。得到了裂纹扩展全过程的裂纹长度与时间关系的数据,将弹性回复对应原理应用到了非线性粘弹性裂纹扩展分析中,得到了改性聚丙烯材料裂纹扩展速度的理论预测公式,比较发现,理论预测结果和实验数据吻合较好。

Abstract:In this paper,some nonlinear viscoelastic crack growth experiments were done and the data of the relationship between crack length and time in the whole fracture process has been determined. By the application of correspondence principle of elastic recovery to nonlinear viscoelastic crack growth analysis, the theoretical prediction formula for crack growth rate in PPM has been decided. A comparison of the theoretical prediction formula with the experimental results is made and it is found that there is a relative good coincidence between them.
