硫酸氢钠催化氯乙酸的酯化作用

摘    要:报道了在一水硫酸氢钠存在下,氯乙酸和不同醇的酯化作用,硫酸氢钠能够催化合成氯乙酸酯,且随着醇的分子量增大,产品的收率提高,一级醇比二级醇易于酯化,三级醇由于空间位阻,反应很难进行;利用硫酸氢钠催化二级醇,其分水量大大超过理论分水量;对于易溶于水的醇的酯化,在回流过程中,有的发生温度稍有下降现象;为了提高其产品收率,反应必须在有带水剂的情况下进行,研究了催化剂的重要使用性能,并利用折射率,元素分析及红光谱对丁醇,戊醇和环己醇的氯乙酸酯进行了表征。

Abstract:The esterification of chloracetic acid with alcohols with sodium bisulfate monohydrate as catalyst,and the reusability of sodium bisulfat were reported.Sodium bisulfite could catalyze the esterification of chloroacetic acid with alcohol.The yield of esterifiecation increased as the molecalar weight of alcohol increased.Primary alcohol reacted more easily than secondary alcohol.Because of steric effect,tertiary alcohol did not react.Water had to be removed for favourable yields.The chlooacetates of butyl alcohol,amyl alcohol and cyclohexanol were characterized by refractive index,elemental analysis and Infrared spectroscopy.
