苎麻和钛酸钾晶须改性聚丙稀多元复合材料的研究

摘    要:采用正交试验设计、转矩流变仪共混、传递模压成型方法制备了苎麻/钛酸钾晶须/聚丙稀多元复合材料,并以拉伸强度和冲击韧性为指标进行了极差分析,在此基础上研制了苎麻/钛酸钾晶须(10%)/聚丙稀复合材料,并对其力学性能(含拉伸、弯曲、冲击等)进行了研究,利用扫描电镜对材料的断口进行了分析.结果表明:对复合材料拉伸和冲击强度影响大小的顺序为:钛酸钾晶须含量>苎麻含量>苎麻的表面处理;晶须能有效提高材料的拉伸和弯曲强度;在晶须含量一定的情况下,复合材料的拉伸强度、弯曲强度、冲击强度随苎麻含量的增加而提高.

Abstract:The RF/PTW/PP composites were prepared by torque rheometer blending and transfer molding.Also,the orthogonal experiment design was used,and a series of analyses have been done on the strength and toughness of the material.On the basis of the analysis,RF/PTW(10%)/PP composites were prepared again,their mechanical properties were tested,and their fracture surfaces were analysed by the SEM.Results show that the effect of the whisker content for the tensile and impact strength is greater than that of the fiber content,and the fiber content greater than that of the fiber's surface treat.The tensile and bending strength can be effectively increased by the addition of PTW.When its content is kept constant,the tensile strength,bending strength,and the impact strength are increased with adding RF.
