含PC链段的嵌段液晶共聚物增容PC—PET/PHB共混体系的研究

摘    要:将含有聚碳酸酯(PC)链段和液晶中介基元的嵌段液晶共聚物加入到PCPET/PHB共混体系中,用DSC、POM对其相容性作了初步研究,结果表明,该嵌段液晶共聚物改进了PCPET/PHB共混体系的相容性.用毛细管流变仪对其流变性能的研究表明,该嵌段液晶共聚物进一步降低了PCPET/PHB共混体系的熔体剪切粘度.

Abstract:A block copolymer containing terephthaloyl bis(4oxybenzoyl)(triad) mesogen and polycarbonate (PC) unit was added into the blends of PCPET/PHB.By comparing the T g and phase morphology of the blends, it was shown that this block copolymer could improve the compatibility of PCPET/PHB.The apparrent viscosity of the blends measured by instron 3211 rheometer decreases with the increase of the block copolymer content.
