| 摘 要： | 近年来,我国经济学界和企业界要求推行股票期权制度的呼声越来越高,并已在一些重要城市的国有企业、高新技术企业中进行试点,但是直到目前,国家仍没有出台相应的法律法规,而且原有法规中的个别条款甚至成了推行这一制度的障碍。因此,扫除障碍完善法制,势在必行。

| Abstract: | In recent years, a loud voice of carrying out the stock option system can be heard throughout the economics and enterprise circles in our country. Experiments have been made in some state-run and high-tech enterprises in some of our country's big cities. But, the related laws and regulations are not publicized in our country till now and some items of the present laws and regulations even become the obstacles in carrying out the stock option system.Removing these legal obstacles will help us to solve the problems. |
