微波辅助技术优化猪肚菇多糖提取工艺

摘    要:为提高猪肚菇多糖提取率、缩短提取时间,本文利用微波辅助提取技术提取猪肚菇粗多糖,以多糖得率为指标,确定鲜品干燥预处理温度为50℃,通过单因素实验和正交实验优化提取工艺条件,确定了最优提取工艺条件为:在料液比(g:mL)为1:30,功率为520W的微波下辐射20min,并于80℃水浴下浸提时间2h后获得最大的多糖得率为13.63%.

Abstract:For a higher extraction rate and shorter extraction time,with Clitocybe maxima as raw material,the crude polysaccharides were extrated by the microwave-assisted method(MAE).The phenol sulfuric acid method was used to determine the polysaccharide content.Using the polysaccharide yields as an index of extraction efficiency,the single factor experiment and the orthogonal optimization experiment was used in this paper to study the extracting conditions of the methods.The results indicated that the optimal extraction conditions of the method was as followed: the ratio of solid to solvent (g/mL) l:30,the microwave power 520W, the microwave irradiation time 20min and the water (80℃) extraction time 2h, respectively.At this time, the maximal yield of polysaccharides was 13.63%.
