摘    要:发现空气中的正己烷通过Y2O3-Al2O3(质量比为2:1)复合粉体表面时,Y2O3-Al2O3能催化O2氧化正己烷而产生强烈的化学发光,催化发光强度与正己烷浓度呈良好的线性关系,据此研制了一种新型、高灵敏度和较好的选择性的正己烷气体传感器.该传感器的线性范围为24.5—12315.4mg/m^3,工作曲线的回归方程为I=4.3295C+1239.8(n=14),r=0.9989,检出限为8mg/m^3.该传感器不用经常更换底物,并成功地实现了对空气中正己烷的实时在线检测.

Abstract:Abstract: When it passed the material surface of Y2O3-Al2O3 (the ratio of mass is 2 :1), n-hexane gas was catalytically oxidized by O2 in air that resulted in an intensive chemiluminescence (CL). A novel n-hexane gas sensor based on this kind of CL was developed in this paper. The results showed that this method had high sensitivity and good selectivity. Good linearity was obtained in the range from 24.5 to 12315.4 mg/m; (r=0.9989, n=14) with the detection limit of 8 mg/m^3. No interference signal was observed when the added snbstances passed through the sensor, such as carbon tetrachloride, methylbenzene, chloroform, formaldehyde, ammonia, except benzene, dimethylbenene and methanol. Bnt we can eliminate the interference of other gases expect benzene through the washing of 70% vitriol. This gas sensor can work for more than 80 hours and is a durable and stable one which has been successfully used for real-time online determination of n-hexane.
