摘    要:以浓缩后的膏状大黄鱼鱼卵磷脂为原料,用丙酮为溶剂浸取制备粉状大黄鱼鱼卵磷脂.对浸取参数进行了优化,研究了丙酮含水量、料液比、漫取温度及漫取时间对粉状磷脂提取率的影响.用正交设计优化了的漫取条件,最佳工艺条件为丙酮含水量0.7%,漫提温度0℃,料液比1:8,漫提20mln,在该条件下粉状磷脂提取率可达92.86%.

Abstract:In this research, the powdery lecithin from psedosciaena crocea were obtained using concentrated paste phospholipid from the eggs of psedosciaena crocea as raw material and acetone as the organic solvent. The leaching parameters were optimized, and the effect of water content in acetone, the ratio of material to liquid, the leaching temperature and time were studied. Through orthogonal design the optimum conditions were determined: using 0.7% water in acetone, the ratio of material to liquid being 1:8, the leaching temperature being 0℃ and the leaching time being 20min. The purity of powdery lecithin thus obtained can be as high as 92.86%.
