摘    要:对一株地热田产碱性蛋白酶菌株H-1的发酵条件进行了单因素试验,研究了不同氮源、pH值、温度对产碱性蛋白酶活性的影响.结果表明:液体发酵菌株H-1产碱性蛋白酶的最适温度为40℃、最适pH值为8.0、最适的无机氮源、有机氮源分别为硫酸铵、豆饼粉.

Abstract:Fermentation conditions of producing alkaline protease strain H-1 from geothermal field was optimized through single test. Effect of nitrogen sources, pH, temperature on production of alkaline protease was studied. It showed that the optimized producing temperature, pH, inorganic nitrogen sources and organic nitrogen sources was 40℃,pH 8.0,am m onium sulfate and Soybean meal.
