| Abstract: | The construction of new socialist countryside,an important part of modernization construction,is a great cause which benefit hundreds of millions of farmers.It is also a systematic and complex project.What is fundamentally important in assuring the direction of the construction is to guide the construction by scientific concept of development.This paper,from the connotations of scientific concept of development,analyzes how to guide the construction of new socialist countryside. |
