摘    要:应用热力学理论,研究了线性唯象传热律下不可逆半导体温差发电器的性能特性,探讨了给定热源温度下热电器输出功率的最佳优化条件,得到一些有意义的新结论.

Abstract:The performance characteristics of Semiconductor thermoelectric generator system with linear henomenological heat-transfer law are studied by using the theory thermodynamics.The maximum efficiency of the Semiconductor generator System and the optimal condition are represented.Some new significant conclusions are obtained.
