乌蕨多糖的分离及抗动植物病原菌活性

摘    要:从乌蕨中提取的水溶性多糖,经DEAE-纤维素52柱层析和葡聚糖凝胶G-200柱层析可得到纯品.利用圆形纸片法对乌蕨多糖提取物进行抗动植物病原菌活性的实验,结果发现:乌蕨多糖提取物具有较强的抗动植物病原菌活性,对玉米大斑病病原菌和甘蔗黑穗病病原菌的最小抑菌浓度为5.0mg/mL..

Abstract:The polysaccharide extracted from Stenoloma chusanum by hot water.The crude polysaccharide was isolated by DEAE-cellulose and Sephadex G-200 chromatography column in turn.This crude polysaccharide was tested for the efficacy against the phytopathogenic microorganisms and animal pathogenic bacteria using the agar disc diffusion method.The result showed: the crude polysaccharide have strong activities against gram positive phytopathogenic microorganisms and animal pathogenic bacteria.The minimum inhibition concentration(MIC) of polysaccharides against Helminthosporium turcicum Pass and Ustilagu Scitaminea Sydow were 5.0 mg/ mL.
