菏泽学院物理系提升非师范毕业生就业竞争力的探索

从适应社会需求出发，菏泽学院物理系注重培养非师范生动手操作、创新和人际交往能力，以提高其就业竞争力．主要途径如下：成立科技创新实验室；组织学生参加暑期三下乡和电子技术竞技比赛活动；开辟校企合作基地等．上述探索和实践取得了显著成效，非师范毕业生就业状况良好．

A Research on Promoting Non- teacher Graduates in Physics the Competitiveness of Department of Heze University

From adaptation to social needs, Physics Department of Heze University focuses more on training non teacher graduates＇ abihty of practice, innovation and affiliation with other people in order to improve their employment competitiveness. Main methods are as follows ： establishing of innovation of science and technology laboratories, and organizing students to participate in Free Service Volunteer＇ s Activities in Countryside and Undergraduate Electronic Design Contest, and opening the school- enterprise cooperation bases and so on. The exploration and practice obtain remarkable result, and employment of non teacher graduates is in good condition.
