| 摘 要： | 以福建省9地市为评价对象，基于数据包络分析方法，建立环保投资投入产出评价指标体系，结合CCR模型、BCC模型以及超效率数据包络模型，对福建省各决策单元2010年环保投资技术效率进行评价．结果显示：福建省2010年环境污染治理投资整体技术效率不高，除厦门、福州、宁德3市外，其余各市均是非DEA有效，纯技术效率是福建省环保投资技术效率提高的主要瓶颈．

| Abstract: | Environmental pollution control investment is an important guarantee of circular economy develop- ment, constructing harmonious society and sustainable development strategy implement. Based on the data envelop- ment analysis method, this paper establishes the environmental protection investment evaluation index system, uses CCR model, BCC model and super efficiency DEA model to evaluate the 2010 technical efficiency of DMU. The re- suits show that： the technical efficiency evaluation of Fujian Province urban environmental pollution control investment is not high , except the Cities of Xiamen, Fuzhou and Ningde , the rest of DMU are non DEA efficiency . The pure technical efficiency is the main bottleneck of the improvement of environmental protection investment technical efficiency in Fujian Province. |
