The local governments , which are driven by econom- ic decentralization and political promotion, launch the competition in the economic and political market . As a re- sult, the competition between local governments drives the economic growth of China, but it also brings race to the bottom. Through the analysis of the competition between local governments, we should take effective measures to promote the healthy development of the economy.
